Vision & Mission

The Manitoba Federation of Non-Profit Organizations, Inc. uses its collective voice of the sector to build and sustain healthy and thriving communities where all Manitobans are engaged and actively involved in community building.

This collective voice, strength, capacity and diversity provides a range of member services and supports to ensure healthy organizations and groups by:

• facilitating, researching, engaging, and animating sector organizations and groups for broad policy development;
• participating in improving organizations’ effectiveness and service capability;
• building and sustaining awareness of the important role the sector plays in the life of Manitobans.
