Manitoba Federation Provides Evidence to Parliamentary Committee
The MFNPO along with other organizational members of our Federation, including the Social Planning Council and the Manitoba Community Economic Development Network provided briefs to to the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Human Resources, Skills and Social Development.
On December 4, 2009, the Standing Committee on Human Resources, Skills and Social Development and the Status of Persons with Disabilities came to Winnipeg to hear from a range of Witnesses. The Co-Chair of the Manitoba Federation of Non-Profit Organizations presented a brief on the topic of the sector, its organizations and the challenges facing organizations and their staff to provide services to Manitobans.
